Default Self-inflicted conditions

I'm kinda curious about this one, haven't had the time to test it myself, but let's say my paragon is fighting a hammer warrior or necro (anything really).

Hammer warrior hits me with Staggering blow, inflicting weakness on me for 15 seconds. What would then happen if I used Wearying Spear on him, self-inflicting weakness for 5 seconds? Will the condition end after 5 seconds or after 15 seconds?

it would end after 5 seconds. As far as conditions go, it's the most current application (from friend or foe) that the game uses for a timer.
